Best Father's Day Gift
Ellen was here to visit this weekend and brought what might be one of the most thoughtful early Father's Day presents ever: The One Handed Mandolin Slicer. This will undoubtedly allow me to hone my one-handed cooking skills over the next few weeks. Nice! Thanks, Ellen!

Today is June 8th. How did it go? How are you feeling? I am thinking about you and hoping you have good pain medicine. Call if you need anything. I have some vacation built up and I can drive you to doctor appointments.
